In our production we use only strong white flour, so the dough for our crepes is always light and healthy.
By the way the Italians prepare their pasta and pizza from the same flour every day and remain the slimmest nation in the world. And I myself am a direct proof of that, as I eat 2 house special XXL crepes to control taste every day from 2010, and gained no excess weight.
Moreover, strong white flour contains gluten vital for the human body. Also such flour contains useful protein, vitamins and enzymes. Besides that such flour protects heart and reduces cholesterol level.
For making of our dough we use only organic eggs.
At our production site we have a specially trained person who breaks eggs all day long!
Furthermore, each egg, before it is broken and used for the dough, is disinfected for 10 minutes in a soda solution
All the fillings for crepes, dough and beverages are produced at our modern separate production site.

In five years we became number one in Ukraine on the market of crepes.
It means that only five years ago there was nothing. In general, there was no such thing as "the most delicious crepes" and "the sunniest restaurants". And now they exist.
We worked our way from total zero to the largest network of crepe bars, gaining extensive experience during all that time in different and the most sophisticated segments of the catering, from street stalls to format of European restaurants. We learned how to develop in severe crisis and during economy shrinking of the state. We know how to attract visitors when consumer demand falls significantly. We know how to adjust and optimize when costs of raw materials rise by four times. And now I can state with certainty: no matter what happens, we have our own encyclopedia of effective solutions to the most difficult real-life situations.
I also know that in five years we will have a hundred "Sunny-Yummy" restaurants across Europe and America. We are still at the very beginning of our way. And we'll see you soon.
